You also have the right to rectification, objection, data portability, restriction of processing, as well as blocking or deletion of inaccurate/illegally processed data. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates current data protection laws or that your data protection rights have been infringed in some other way, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. Use of Data – Security

The data provided to me will not be processed for purposes other than those covered by your consent or otherwise permitted by the GDPR. An exception is the use for statistical purposes, provided that the data is anonymized. I have taken organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data according to the state of the art (e.g., firewalls, encryption, access permissions). However, unauthorized access by third parties (e.g., hackers) or data transmission errors not caused by me cannot be entirely excluded. I accept no liability for such unauthorized use unless it was caused by my fault.

Disclosure of Data to Third Parties (Transmission)

In principle, I do not make your personal data available to third parties unless otherwise agreed upon in the course of my consulting activities.

Data Retention / Deletion

I do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. Data retention also takes into account legal evidence retention periods or as long as claims (liabilities) against me are possible.
